How to use the shopping page
It's very simple to use our shopping page.
- On the first page, when you click "HQ" or "DV" button next to an item you want to buy, that item will be put into your shopping cart.
*If the display or the motion of the page is weird, please install the newest version of macromedia Flash plug-in.
- After selecting all the items you want to buy, click the "payment" button on the below right and follow the instructions to proceed.
*The information you put in will remain in the site for a while. So, when you return to the shopping page after you visit other pages, you will find all the information you put in will be displayed. That is when you have any concerns about the product you want to buy, feel free to visit the sites you need to checkout.

How to use the shopping page (in details)
- Open "the shopping page"
*When your monitor stops at loading, please install "Macromedia Flash player 7".
- The list of all our products will be shown, so please click either the "DV" or "HQ" button next to the item you want to buy.
- When you want to check the movies, please click "details".
- After selecting all the items you want to buy, please click "Payment" button to the tight hand side.
- After you confirm our conditions of use, click "O.K." to proceed.
Shipping products only
- Choices of delivery will be shown. Follow the instruction to choose and input necessary information.
* You can choose from air mail and EMS.
Air mail: shipping charge is $5 delivery period: two to three weeks
EMS: shipping charge is $20 delivery period: about a week - After review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart, click "OK" to proceed.
- Then you will go into the payment site of "Paypal" where you fill out the form.
- After your payment is settled, we will dispatch the product you purchased to your place.
The product will be sent from Japan (by airmail or EMS) so it will take about one week (the time required would vary according to where you live) to arrive your place.

Download products only
- Then you will go into the payment site of "paypal" where you fill out the form.
- After your payment is properly processed, we will send you a e-mail containing "key code" and "pass code" necessary for you to download your purchased products
to your registered e-mail address. (It might take longer due to the traffic at the server) - In our e-mail, you will find a link address to the download site.
When you go to the site, you need to fill in your "key code", "pass code" and your necessary information . After you fill in, click "ENTER DOWNLOAD AREA!" button to go into the download area. (On your second and latter visit to the site, you need to fill in only your "key code" and "pass code") - In the download area, click and download all the files in the area.
- If you fail to download, your "key code" and "pass code" have a five-day validity, so please try to download within this period.
- Your "key code" and "pass code" have a five-day validity only, so please try to download within this period and also make sure that you make back up of movie data (CD ROM and other storage media) which you have purchased.
Please note Pixelcraft is not responsible for the loss of movie data caused by any of your computer break downs and any other causes. - After your purchase of any product at PixOnline, if you are having any problem, please send your email with your question and also with forwarding the confirmation email from Paypal. This Paypal email is becoming an authentication that you are as the purchaser.
*The ID and Password for downloads of products at PixOnline will be sent at your email address, which you have registared at PayPal system.
So please also check the registared email address, if you are using multipul email accounts.
