In addition, PIXELCRAFT would like to respond each customer swiftly and clearly, so that it needs each customer's official Paypal email account when the customer makes an inquiry and would greatly appreciate each customer's co-operation.

Guidelines for How to make an inquiry...for any customers

When you make inquiry to PIXELCRAFT or PIXDISC PRO SHOP, please make sure you have your name, your country name, and your company name on the email. Without the information, it is making things difficult or failing us to answer to your question.

Guidelines for How to make an inquiry...for customers who purchased PIXDISC PRO products

Additional Note on PIXDISC PRO SHOP customers' email addresses...

Be aware of your email addresses. For the security reasons, PIXDISC PRO SHOP basically only replies to the email address, which the customer registered at his/her Paypal account.

To make an inquiry on our service, please make sure that you are emailing with the Paypal email account with correct spelling. It is not rare to see an email address with spelling mistake that the customer does not notice at the beginning.

Also it is often seen that a customer is emailing from other email address, however he/she is not realizing he/she is emailing with different email address.

With different email account, we need to ask the sender to proof he/she is one of our customer. In addition, it is also seen that a customer is also having a "reply-to" setting to a different email address. To avoid a trouble, we only reply to each customer's Paypal email account.
So please do not be offended by our feedback with asking about the proof but not answering to your question, especially when you make an inquiry with different email address.

Therefore inquiry by telephone is absolutely not acceptable.

Lastly, PIXELCRAFT is not open Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese Notional holidays and bank holidays.

For the users who bought download PIXDISC PRO movies (DV compression version)

For how to download the product you ordered, please see an email sent from us after your purchase is processed.  Please download your purchased item with following our instruction in the email.

If you don't receive our email for download procedures within one hour after your order is settled (it takes two days to be confirmed for "transfer to our account" option), or if you mistakenly delete our email, please contact our support immediately by emailing  to pixdiscpro@pixelcragt.co.jp. Also please read carefully Guidelines for How to make an inquiry...for any customer, which is described above.

"PIXDISC PRO" is compressed by .zip.  Anyone who don't have extract software for zip files, please download it from the links below.

Invoices and Receipt

PIXELCRAFT does not issue invoices or receipt in principle. If you need either of them for your business, please use the email from PayPal, which describes your purchased items and prices instead.

Opening Hours

Lastly, PIXELCRAFT is not open Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese Notional holidays and bank holidays. If you have not received reply from PIXELCRAFT, it may be on holiday or at weekend.
